The 2021 MTV Movie & TV Awards was an awards presentation broadcast on May 16 and 17, 2021. It was the 29th edition of the awards and the fourth to jointly honor movies and television, and the first to feature a second night, which was devoted exclusively to awards in reality television. Leslie Jones hosted the ceremony. The ceremony took place in the Hollywood Palladium.
